HRMS Admin Dashboard

Overview.

The HRMS web application was developed to modernize human resource management processes for organization's efficient workforce management. The system provides a centralized platform for employee onboarding, attendance tracking, leave management, project coordination and performance monitoring.

I designed and developed a comprehensive dual dashboard system that separates HR administrative functions from employee functions capabilities. The solution includes robust authentication systems with email verification, secure login processes and role based access control to ensure data security and user privacy while maintaining seamless workflow integration.

Challenge.

Fragmented HR Processes

Organization were managing employee data, attendance and projects across multiple disconnected systems, leading to data inconsistencies and administrative inefficiencies.

Complex Employee Onboarding

Lengthy paper based onboarding processes created delays in employee integration and increased administrative burden on HR teams.

Lacked Self Dashboard

Employees lacked access to personal dashboards for managing their schedules, projects and HR requests, creating dependency on other systems or email for routine tasks.

Approach.

I used a user focused design approach to build clear and easy to use interfaces for both HR admins and employees. The system is designed with strong security through proper login and authentication, while still keeping the dashboards simple and user friendly.

The design strategy focused on role based functionality, ensuring each user type has access to relevant tools without unnecessary complexity. I ensured visual and functional consistency across the login process, dashboards and forms by carefully aligning the layouts, styles and interactions with the needs of each type of user and their specific tasks.

I designed a comprehensive HRMS platform featuring secure authentication systems and dual dashboard architecture. The solution includes complete user registration flows with email verification, password recovery systems and role based access control to ensure data security and user privacy.

Complete Workforce Management

The admin dashboard serves as the central command center for HR operations. I designed comprehensive employee management tools including onboarding workflows, attendance monitoring with visual analytics, leave management systems, and payroll processing capabilities. The interface features employee summary graphs, attendance pie charts, and hiring tracker metrics.

Key features include automated employee onboarding forms with proper validation, real time attendance monitoring with on time/ late/ leave analytics, comprehensive leave management workflows, meeting and event scheduling tools, detailed reporting systems, announcement broadcasting and integrated payroll management with proper pagination and data organization.

Employee Dashboard

Personal Productivity Hub

The employee interface focuses on daily productivity. I streamlined the experience to provide quick access to check-in/check-out functionality, project management tools, meeting scheduling and personal task organization. The design emphasizes ease of use and quick access to frequently needed features.

Features include one click attendance tracking with working hours analytics, integrated meeting scheduling and joining capabilities, project management with current project details and team information, personal calendar integration, collaborative team tools, document management systems, employee appreciation features, and personal note taking with task management capabilities.

Authentication.

I implemented a robust authentication system featuring secure user registration, email verification workflows and password recovery mechanisms. The system includes comprehensive form validation, secure session management and role based access control to ensure data protection and user privacy.

The authentication flow includes verification processes, secure password policies, automated email notifications and seamless user onboarding experiences. All forms feature proper validation, error handling, and user feedback to ensure smooth user interactions and data integrity throughout the system.

Impact.

The HRMS system has successfully streamlined human resource operations, delivering measurable improvements including 60% reduction in onboarding time, 78% improvement in attendance tracking accuracy, 50% decrease in HR administrative tasks.

These improvements demonstrate significant operational efficiency gains and enhanced employee satisfaction. The dual dashboard approach reduced training complexity while providing HR administrators with comprehensive workforce insights and real time analytics for data driven decision making.
